Sight-In Clinic
SCC always hosts a Hunter's Sight-In Clinic in November. It usually happens on the first weekend of November (for the early season hunters) and then the whole second week of November. This is one of the largest fund raisers for The Club and the funds go to Club Operations. That means Sight-In helps keep dues down.
Sight-In is open to the public. Cost is $5 per gun, per person and is subject to change. Club members are available with equipment, tools and coaching, to get hunters zeroed in for Deer Season. This also means Club Members are needed as volunteers. Of course, the ranges will be closed to general usage during Sight-In. Check for the Contact and phone number in your newsletter.
A note to members: We know this can be an inconvenience if you didn’t remember to site in your deer rifle the other 357 days of the year, so make a note of it. As we said, the Sight-In Clinic helps us keep dues low, and everyone appreciates that. It is also a help to the community, and we have been doing Sight-In Clinics since anyone can remember. And you can always come down and pay $5, which is still darn cheap.
