Mustard Meatballs

Meatballs:
2 Pound of Hamburger or Venison Hamburger or Mixed (whatever you prefer)
2 eggs
1/4 cup water
1 cup bread crumbs
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Mix ingredients together and form meatballs about one inch diameter and then brown meatballs in Butter.

Okay, because reality always wins, and typically its easier and sometimes more cost effective, just go buy your favorite pre-made meatballs at the store. I like Rosina home-style meatballs.

Sauce: (I always double or triple the sauce)
2 Tablespoons of Butter
1 Cup of Hot Water
½ Teaspoon of Sugar
1 Teaspoon of Worcestershire
3 Tablespoons of Mustard
½ Teaspoon of Celery Seed
2 Tablespoons of Flour (add to thicken at the end)
Once sauce is thick, pour over the Meatballs in a baking dish and bake at 350 for ½ hour to an hour.

Venison B-B-Q Meatballs

2 pounds ground venison
2 eggs
1/4 cup water
1 cup bread crumbs
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Form balls (size of walnuts), dip in flour and brown.

In meantime, mix following:
1c jellied cranberry sauce.
1 (12oz) bottle chili sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
simmer until thick

Add meatballs. Refrigerate day or so (or freeze)
Heat slowly when ready to serve.
Makes about 50 meatballs.
