Scalloped Corn

Serves: 8

1/2 cup melted butter OR margarine
2 eggs - beaten
1 cup sour cream - low-fat okay
8 1/2 oz. package cornbread muffin mix
15 oz. can creamed corn
15 oz. can whole kernel corn - un-drained
Green Onion – chopped fine

Topping:
2 T. Butter
½ Cup Cracker Crumbs

-Combine all ingredients.
-Pour into a greased 9" X 9" X 2" casserole dish. Melt 2 T butter and pour over 1/2 cup crumbs. Sprinkle the buttered crumbs over top of corn.
-Bake in a 375 degree oven for 40 minutes, or until center is set (no longer jiggles when dish is shaken).

NOTICE: Effective immediately, anyone caught shooting “After Range Hours” or in “Front of the Benches” will have their membership suspended for a period of 6 months. Anyone shooting “Rapid Fire” will have their membership suspended for a period of 3 months.

during the months of January and February.

NOTICE: Volunteers needed for Pistol Range monthly cleaning & maintenance. 3rd MONDAY of each month 6-9 PM is the scheduled cleaning time. Training & equipment provided.

- Vacuum the range.
- Wash the firing area and observation room.
- Empty the trash, tidy the observation room, fill soap and paper towel dispensers.
- Hammer the bullet trap snail.
- Replace broken fluorescent lights.
- Check and repair the target hangers and clips.
- Check and change the air filters.
